Recently refurbished, Skyline Restaurant & Bar takes dining in Adelaide up a level, presiding over the top floor of Rydges South Park hotel on South Terrace. Once inside the lavishly furnished dining room, be sure to reserve a seat beside wide windows and as feasting begins, cast your eyes out over the expanse of Southern Parklands and further on to the rolling Adelaide Hills.
