On balmy days sit alfresco and watch the world pass by while enjoying a Smooth Operator cocktail and starters such as chilled zesty crab salad with wakame, smoked avruga roe, papaya, coriander and master stock. For the main, delve into the likes of pork loin katsu, with warm rice noodles, chilli jam, nem pla prik, green papaya and roasted almonds; or steamed ocean perch, Penang curry and sugar snaps, with sides of steamed white rice and wok-tossed greens.

Was excited to try this new venue in Huskisson tonight, started out with the oyster shots -both types - which were fabulous, then I has the betel leaves entree and even without having betel leaves they were good - the pork belly was the best. We were then set up for a brilliant main, sadly this didn't live up to the promise of the earlier food, rather they were bland, the same and too sweet with no flavorurful punch. we had the panning curry with turmeric (no evidence of this)and the prawns, lots of nice greens but no flavour. The panacotta was good but the ice-cream not to the same standard.
Tonight I took my love and our three children to celebrate his birthday. Brilliant. Loved everything. Will definitely be spreading the good word on this another Husky treasure. I am so blessed to live in the most beautiful place and with great foodie places to add.....:)
