Ezzelinos Italian Restaurant

Our friends have been on us to try this place and they fondly refer to them as 'Ezzo's', so we finally tried it out... and went back there again twice the following week! As on their business cards, it really is 'the little restaurant with the big reputation', fantastic value and as they've been around so many years, they really are icons on the North, the word certainly seems to be out so make sure to book on weekends. Their pizza's are pillowy soft, the penne full of fresh ingredients and you must try the garlic pizza bread -YUM! On our second visit we tried the Veal parmigiana and spicy king prawns and like all our visits, we loved every bite. They have a big menu and I'm slowly making my way through it all. Highly recommend, great food and service within a homely, rustic setting. Tip: make room for the Nutella waffle with strawberries & ice cream - drool.

This is the first time I've been compelled to write a review because of the exceptional service we received at Ezzelinos. You don't often come across old school hospitality these days, so when we dined here and the Chef personally came to our table to discuss special options for us, we were just blown away. Fantastic value, fresh and tasty, we loved every minute of our Italian experience. Great job on the music which had us humming with a smile. Will definitely be back.

Established since 1982 & we could see why they've been around so long, fantastic meals, great service and champagne on a beer budget. The pizza's have the perfect crust & full of fresh toppings and you cant go past their amazing garlic bread accompanied with the sizzling garlic prawns. Nice to see all their local awards & good to know the locals recognise this brilliant establishment.

I love the pizza at this place great for pick up and have eaten in as well. Great food great service and a decent price. I would recommend for the Italian Fan and kid love spag bol.

We've been regulars at Ezzelinos for years. Its a fantastic local & very reasonably priced for a chic & pricey looking restaurant on the North Shore. I'd reccomend the Steak Diane & the veal parmigianna, my husband loves their pizza's, meatlovers is a big hit & keep an eye out for their daily specials board, we had amazing mussels & the mignon was to die for!
