Yachts in the marina, glitzy decor and Glass' excellent service standards made for a very enjoyable dining experience. By comparison, the food was a let down. From an impressive menu, my choice was scallops and veal. Both under-seasoned, the latter saved by a delicious vanilla bean jus. DP's lamb rump was the pick, but eggplant caviar lacked flavour. Lemon scented creme brulee tasted amazing, if a touch too dense. Biscotti and fairy floss not necessary. Seeing Pommier and his team in the open plan kitchen is a nice touch.
We have been to Glass several times since opening, for lunch, dinner & a number of invited events. On each occasion we have found the food consistently good & the service a credit to the Staff & owners. We have not hesitated to recommend this restaurant to anyone who has asked. George the Foodie
Incredible view at waterfront Marina Mirage. Good attentive staff, fabulous food. Great atmosphere, wish i had an office in there.
Glass Restaurant is an absolute delight! The different selection of oysters were superb and the two way pork entree was just mouth watering. Worthy of its chef hat!

Beautiful restaurant, definitely a place to bring out of town guests! Found the prices a tad high but for a special occasion you can't beat this place.
Possibly some of the best food I have ever tasted! Beautiful atmosphere with very friendly, attentive staff. The food was to die for - would highly recommend dining here, just remember to book! I definitely would suggest the pumpkin and fetta ravioli with a pesto sauce as an entree - fantastic - beautiful flavours and not too rich. Will certainly be back next time we are in QLD!
Sensation food - some of the best I have eaten on the Gold Coast anywhere. The Beef Tartare I would recommend to anyone – the onion rings may have been a bit of overkill but the rest of the plate was truly superb. Pork belly to was equally delicate and rich in flavour. Bravo too on the chicken breast – refined flavoursome and tender.
Compliments to the wait staff who were attentive and engaging
