About Medusa Greek Taverna
Embodying the social nature of Greek eating and drinking, Sydneysiders head to Medusa Greek Taverna on Market Street in the heart of the city for a truly memorable dining experience. Expect cuisine thoughtfully paired with a relaxed yet stylish ambience of white-clothed tables, striped banquette seating and a stunning image of the Greek islands on the wall; while the menu delivers authentic recipes using unique ingredients and indigenous herbs. Explore texture, colour and taste with starters such as prawns in a rich sauce, topped with crumbled feta and served with wood-fired bread; before mains like whole calamari filled with a herb rice mix, piquillo peppers and mild chilli tomato sauce, served with lentil purée, or lamb souvlaki, tomato, onion, parsley salad, tzatziki, chips and pita.

Very friendly service, and the food is just amazing! Treat your tastebuds to the slow cooked lamb with Haloumi was beautiful! Would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Wow. This restaurant deserves my highest praise. Upon seating us, the friendly staff asked us our preferences and made wonderful suggestions that we decided to try, and glad we did. The Medusa’s Arni sto Fourno was recommended to us and we loved every bite of the melt in the mouth baked lamb. Medusa's is now top of my list for inner city dining at its best.
