There are two separate entrances leading to either the vibrant modern space of Jugemu – specialising in teppanyaki-style fare – or the calm, traditional ambience of Shimbashi, where handmade soba noodles are made fresh daily from Tasmanian buckwheat. Whatever side you choose to dine you can order from both menus, along with an assortment of wine and a unique selection of sake and shochu; perhaps start your culinary adventure with lightly-seared Wagyu beef tataki, wasabi, chives, garlic chips and ponzu.
