We had the most amazing dinner here recently. Food was delicious, especially the amuse bouche! It's the attention to detail that makes this restaurant stand out. Service was incredible. The waiter instinctively knew when we needed service and when not to bother us. Top marks on all counts!
We had a phonimal experience at opus restrant. the food was devine, the service was above and beyond what we normally recieve at other restrants, and most of all and food was a delequable taste sensation that we thoughly enjoyed.Thankyou so much to all the staff and mangement at opus for a phonimal experience.
I usually do not dine at Hotel Properties, but Opus was a wonderful exception. One of best dinning experiences that I have had in Perth. Sergio was my Host and and was exceptional.

Degustation menu tried on Saturday 31 August 2010 included in the package when we stayed at the hotel.
Food was fantastic, had an amazing pumpkin soup with crab meat for one of the courses which was just delish. Pork belly was great. Matched wines are worth the extra expense, I drank the whites while my husband had the reds and muscat. Choice of breads, palette cleanser, amuse bouche to begin etc, everything you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. We would have stayed for the coffee and petit fours but one of our dinner companions had to get an early night.
Up there in Perth’s echelons of glamorous dining destinations, Opus Restaurant lives up to its reputation by providing a fine dining experience like no other. The flavours are intense, complex and alluring with menus changing seasonally. The entrée's provide a great way to savour the season's best available produce, while the degustation menu offers highlights from the a la carte. The wine list is extensive and a semi-private section is dedicated to this fine collection. Everything else in this polished package supports the food, from exemplary yet unobtrusive service to comfortable chairs and generous spacing between tables.
