Went with some friends to the rooftop bar on a Wednesday night. We walk in and press the lift button and a security lady approaches us. She asked what we were looking for I said food she stated there isn’t any. I corrected her and explained there is on the 30th floor which is the rooftop bar. She then proceeded to tell my partner she needed to put her jacket on suggesting she was dressed inappropriately. She was shocked and embarrassed $1000.00 brown jacket $600.00 brown boots and a $300.00 floral dress which did show a little clevage. On the Friday I asked the consier if I could speak to the pr person. He said she was very busy and askefd for the details. He said another lady had complained and for this reason she would definitely make contact. Well she hasn’t which is extremely poor to say the least. I am sure someone will find time to reply to this from the company. It is pretty simple if you don’t want locals money make it for guests only. The staff are great the security at night are incredibly uninviting to all that approach the lifts. Greet the people at the door with a smile and direct them this is not really rocket science. If you want to be treated like a low life this is the place for you. What a shame I can’t rank the management lower. Really looking forward to your to little to late response.

love love love this hotel, I stay in hotels thru out the country and this would have to be my fav. Well done guys
