Very good
I have dine here twice recently. Once for dinner and then a couple of weeks later for lunch.

The food is of high quality and the service is excellent. The wine list is compact but plenty of good quality, reasonably priced wines by the glass and by the pichet (which I really like).

It is clear that the chef has been classically trained as the dishes all feature excelllent technique and great finesse with balance. The seafood dishes are a standout as wherever they are sourcing their produce is clearly top notch. I have had oysters both visits and they were outstanding on each occasion.

My only criticism, and it's more of a request, is to make a little more effort to cater for gluten free dining. Not everyone needs to worry, but my partner is a coeliac. Once we find a restaurant this good that caters well for gluten free dining, it becomes a firm favourite.

What an experience
When we first relocated up to NSW some 12 months ago, this was the first restaurant my wife and I dined at for a date. Dimly lit, we were immediately greeted with a smile and escorted to our reserved table. As first impressions last, we loved the 'family' feel hospitality whilst still remaining professional. We ordered oysters kilpatrick for entrees. The oysters were large, the spicy sauce was delicious, and the speck was salty and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the main pork belly, and I ordered the ribs. Both were 10/10. For the total experience, ambiance, food, and customer service, this is our favourite mid/high tier restaurant in Terrigal, even the Central Coast. We cannot recommend highly enough.
