Surrounded by an interior of crisp white, diners are treated to dazzling, panoramic views over Botany Bay, boasting stunning hues at sunset that blend into the waterline at Ramsgate Beach. A Modern Australian menu filled with fresh seafood is carefully prepared with a Greek touch, like salt and szechuan pepper fried squid with kaffir lime mayonnaise. Sip on a glass of Assyrtiko whilst devouring a main of 10 hour slow cooked beef cheeks served on truffle mash, seasonal greens and porcini mushroom jus, finished on a sweet note with a Greek Mess - vanilla mastica cream, orange blossom syrup, crushed nuts, rose meringue and poached figs.
