Maintenance entering cabin unauthorized, whilst we were not there. Peter/ Manager confirmed with our insurance broker that it was pet friendly and we would have washing machine/dryer and a penned area for our Chihuahuas during our 3 week stay. None of this was supplied and now wants to evict my wife( she is by herself at this location) by throwing her items out on the grass. We had to have fees paid upfront, and therefore are paid up for another 4 nights. Fair Trading has been notified of these disgraceful acts by the offsite manager and his maintenance
