For a truly memorable dining experience, enter Balboa Italian restaurant perched along Gold Coast Highway in Palm Beach. Guests are greeted by a towering red brick building, fitted out with charcoal black finishings, while inside modern luxe meets industrial charm with a moody vibe created by hanging chandeliers, overflowing greenery, high ceilings, exposed metal beams, intimate nooks and private seating areas. An eclectic menu has been crafted from local sources, showcasing classic Italian techniques and unique dishes, plated with flair to match an abundant wine and cocktail selection. Begin with scallops in the half shell, with fennel purée, Sicilian salsa, prosciutto crumb and crispy basil; before squid ink fettuccine, prawns, tomato, garlic, chilli, parsley, olive oil and prawn bisque.

To complete the cocktail, Filippo combined Stolen spiced rum and Frangelico for a festive kick. A pinch of salt and nutmeg enhanced the flavour, while a dusting of icing sugar added a touch of sweetness. To give it that extra Christmas flair, we garnished the cocktail with a sprig of mint and a delicate cranberry tuille, creating a visual and taste sensation that truly embodied the holiday spirit.

Wow! What an amazing dining experience. Each an every staff member were on point all night , always smiling, happy and so quick. Table service was outstanding and front of house was lovely, all which seem to be harder to come across when dining these days so a credit to all as it does make or break a dining experience. THE FOOD , simply amazing! We had the fettuccine ai Gamberi with chilli , garlic,tomato, parsley, prawns , squid ink and lobster essence . The pasta & Flavour was amazing and the Carnivore pizza packed full of flavour with generous toppings and a super light base . Highly recommend
Wonderful Sunday Lunch!
We went as a group of four for Sunday lunch over the weekend and we had a fantastic time. Great value for money and the gluten free pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! Beautiful setting and fantastic service.

We didn't have a booking on Mother's Day lunch but they made space for our little party, we have a couple of dishes and a couple of cocktails. The staff we all very welcoming and friendly and the food was great. They also had the best gluten free pizzas EVER and boy have I tried a few. Will definately be returning.
