Silver Medal, Hunter Valley Wine Show 2008
This wine has a pale yellow colour with slight green hues. Lemon grass, paw paw and blossoms lift from the glass. The palate is soft and delicate with tropical fruit power balanced with crisp natural acid, giving this wine very long flavours. This wine is best drunk young with Asian or spiced foods.
