An 80:20 blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, the subtle strawberry of the pinot is consequently more pronounced the apple and cashew nuts of the chardonnay. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy and the bead persistent. The finish is dry and crisp with mineral austerity. A nice drink with tuna or smoked salmon salads.
