The 2006 release Sauvignon Blanc shows restraint and elegance with crisp, fresh flavours ranging from citrus to gooseberry characters. This medium bodied wine shows a green- yellow clarity, and offers a complex mid pallet with length of fruit on the finish. Superb drinking now. Screwcap
