Waipara Hills Marlborough Riesling 2006

Information & Tasting Notes

The different soil types in the Waipara vineyards add complexity and fullness to this Riesling. It is a gentle, light bodied wine with ripe, sweet flavours of lime, grapefruit and honeysuckle and a distinctive underlying mineral character. Good structure and a balanced acidity contribute to a delicious and satisfying wine. Ideal as an aperitif or with Asian-inspired dishes.
