This is classic Clare Valley Riesling from the best riesling region in Australia, along with the Eden Valley. Citrus flavours and aromas complement the richness of this wine on the palate, which finishes long, crisp and dry. It will benefit from medium term cellaring but if you drink it while young and fresh, do so with grilled King George whiting.
