Yarra Burn Pinot Noir 2005

Information & Tasting Notes

The wine displays beetroot & steamed rhubarb aromas, vanilla bean, ripe plum and strawberry with a touch of white pepper and cinnamon. The palate shows creaminess and very fine, even tannins – it is a perfumed style of pinot noir with a lovely velvety texture. The wine has well-balanced oak, with a good contribution of perfume and spice. Will age gracefully over five to seven years in good cellaring conditions.
