Deep cherry red in colour, followed by a velvety multi-layered palate displaying rich primary fruit characters and notes of star anise and black pepper.
100% select hand picked Pinot Noir. Pressed in a traditional 'basket press' and aged in quality French oak for 12 months. Cellar 2-7 years.
