Leabrook's winemaking style is aimed at achieving wines that compliment food, and the Gris achieves this with good weight on the mid palate and length while still retaining elegance. This is achieved by using only grapes from low yielding vines then not overprocessing them prior to fermentation, to retain the lovely fruit characters that lie just below the skin.
