This wine is made to drink now and will not benefit from ageing like the classic Hunter semillons. It shows clean, rich characters with slight citrus and lemon overtones. The palate shows good fruit intensity with a soft, rich and lingering aftertaste. Serve slightly chilled with seafood, oysters and shellfish.
