Information & Tasting Notes
Most of the semillon grown in the Margaret River region ends up in popular blends with sauvignon blanc, but some winemakers are dedicated to a straight varietal style, including the talented Keith Mugford at Moss Wood. His latest semillon is a superb wine featuring various citrus-fruit characters with some fresh melon. The acid balance is spot-on and the texture is dense and creamy. Special occasion stuff.
