Chiroubles from Burgundy, France. Georges Dubœuf is the famous name in Beaujolais with his beautiful floral labels well known around the globe. This wine from the village of Chiroubles is a juicy red fruit style with some herbal complexity coming though and a little grip on the finish. It will age for a year or two but is best drunk young. Drink 2008. Given a score of 89 points by the World Wine Guide.
