2004 Bridgewater Mill Chardonnay is a serious wine with attributes of much more expensive chardonnays. It is complex because of the influence of the oak and the malo-lactic fermentation but the natural fruit flavours and significant texture of the Adelaide Hills provenance shine like a beacon of pedigree.
