Both 2002 & 2004 vintages of Cabernet Sauvignon display a garnet- red colour & rich berry- fruit aroma. Restrained and elegant, the palate is full- bodied, with oak tannins balanced by a vibrant acidity. Offering good drinking now, both the 2002 & 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Vintages will continue to mature whilst holding their structure well. Cellar until 2012. Partner With: Garlic and herb studded leg of lamb, rib of veal, venison with juniper berry sauce, hard cheeses.
