Come celebrate Father Day at Nicola's Ristorante. Open all day with a great range of beers on tap.
Went to Nicola's as have both been on carb free torture for months. Absolutely divine. Service impeccable. Welcomed the babies with open arms and goody bags, kept them quiet and they loved the meals. Not often you find a stylish, delicious restaurant that is kid friendly without losing its dignity. My vodka-creamed manna crab was huge and full of sweet crab. His prosciutto fettuccine hit the pasta nail. Highly recommend.
After a school trip, two of my students wrote an excellent review of the restaurant! - Entree garlic bread- the garlic bread was very nice, the crust was the best, the centre was very sweet but we needed more garlic bread I give it 9.5 out of ten stars.Gnocchi with napolitana sauce was was very nice. The cheese on top was was ok, and it would of been better if it had more. I gave it 8 out of ten.Gnocchi with gorgonzola- is the best. It is just as good as the garlic bread. It was very creamy and rich, it was too strong for some people. I gave it 10 out of ten.Spagghetti the spaghetti was very nice but also very filling. The sauce was the best bit. I would give it a 8.5 out of tenOver all we give 9 out of tenBy Tom and Lonnie
I'm from Melbourne, This place is great, i would rate it up along side the best in Melbourne and Sydney.
The food was a stand out with a great wine menu to match. Every meal was done to perfection, Service could not be better. Would recommended it to everyone. well worth it.
Excellent service, good quality meats (both chicken and steak) and salads which were nicely presented The only place I have ever been to that cooked my steak to perfection! Highly recommended establishment.
THE SALMON GNOCCHI IS AMAZING!! THE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS ARE DELICIOUS AS WELL. TAKEAWAY IS AVAILABLE WHICH WAS VERY USEFUL FOR US, AND THE FOOD DID NOT TAKE LONG TO BE READY, EVEN ON A BUSTLING SATURDAY NIGHT. STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.
This was A night to remember good food, good wine and great service highly recommend this to anyone look for a good time out to relax and to be spoiled, thank you for a wonderful night !!
Fabulous italian restaurant for the whole family - and pretty reasonably priced too. Meals are huge and very yummy and the deserts are to die for. Service is fabulous and very friendly, they gave the kids pictures to colour in and pencils and they have white paper laid over the table tops that the kids left the own artwork on too. Fully recommend!!
There’s something delicious about a small, family run restaurant that serves classic Italian. Located in Bunbury, Nicola’s Ristorante is a charming little gem that has flourished over the last few years under the care of husband and wife pair Ian and Jennifer. Décor is simple but warm and all food is prepared with quality local produce. Main courses are often hearty; think Moroccan spiced pork cutlets with potato and gorgonzola croquette and apple Chardonnay sauce; or a misto mare of pan fried fish of the day, prawns, scallops, calamari and mussels served with steamed rice and a garlic, chilli and tomato basil sauce. Don’t leave without trying the banoffe pie, a speciality of Nicola's served with lashings of whipped cream.

ABOUT NICOLA'S RISTORANTEOwner and chef Ian started cooking at the young age of 14, picking up all the tricks of the trade in no time at all. His passion grew and he always dreamed of owning his own restaurant. In 2005, he and his wife Jennifer took over Nicola's and brought it back to its former glory. After a short 2 year period, the restaurant has tripled in size. Ian and Jennifer met in Busselton while Ian was the executive chef at the Geographe Bay View Resort. Jennifer comes from a history of hospitality workers with a European background. By nature they love giving great service to all their patrons and are always striving for excellent customer service. Nicola's is a beautiful restaurant with great service to suit families, couples and large groups. As you sit and enjoy your meal you will be treated to a stunning display of pictures of Italy that make you feel like you could just step inside that world.FOOD AT NICOLA'S RISTORANTE Nicola's prides itself on the quality and freshness of the food which is prepared with excellent quality local produce. Their dinner menu might feature forest mushrooms pan fried with garlic and fresh lemon, served in a flaky puff pastry case with rocket and Manjimup black truffle oil for starters. Considering mains, the Gamba d'Agnello, tender lamb shanks slowly oven braised in tomato and red wine sauce served with garlic potato puree, is always a winner. Desserts complete an utterly charming package; perhaps a decadent soft centred chocolate fondant pudding with Muscat glazed cherries and vanilla bean gelato, or a classic tiramisu that reflects the kitchen's confidence with Italian techniques. NICOLA'S RISTORANTE CHEFIan, who has been in the hospitality trade for 30 years, confesses to still have a passion for his work. He enjoys creating tempting and enticing Italian cuisine for his customers who always leave feeling they were treated to a warm atmosphere provided by the candlelit tables, efficient and friendly service and a generous sized meal that has their mouth watering before it gets to the table.
