Osteria Dei Sapori has been lovingly created by Franco and Mario, whose passion & good humour has evolved this venue into a highlight of the Nedlands dining scene, taking Italian dining to new levels in Perth. The décor is stylish with a Mediterranean flair; from the table settings, checked tablecloths, Italian movie-star photographs, to the geranium filled window boxes greeting you as you enter.
The authenticity of spirit and welcoming nature of the staff, distinguishes this venue from the rest. The menu options are extensive and prepared using fresh produce and traditional home-style Italian recipes passed from generation to generation. It's straightforward and delicious food, infusing zesty Italian aromatic flavours in all the right places. Traditional pasta entrees, beautifully char-grilled meats and delectable traditional Italian desserts are all on show. In true Italian fashion, pastas offer mouth-watering delights like the home-made ravioli filled with sweet potato, pumpkin and walnut, drizzled in butter and sage, or the Mezzulune; sumptuous pasta filled with spinach and ricotta, covered in a basil and tomato sauce.
