I Haven't been for dinner yet but stayed recently in the hotel and had the buffet breakfast. We don’t generally get breakfast in the hotels when we stay but I’m glad we did on this occasion, as it was wonderful. It was constantly being filled up so everything was nice and fresh, they have the usual suspects like your bacon, sausages, beans, fresh fruit etc… but they also had a few additions such as Kale and lovely dairy free puddings (I had the coconut chia pudding…it was divine.). There was also a good tea selection and a commercial Nespresso machine which was great.
Having been on the Paleo diet myself it is great to see that a restaurant in Perth is doing healthy options as well at great value for money! It's great to be able to stay at a hotel and dine in their restaurant with tasty healthy food. Plus was really cool to see Pete Evans design the menu.
