About The Gala

Separated by French glass doors, the dining areas radiate a warm, yet sophisticated feel. At the helm of the kitchen, Chefs Hans Lang and Mariane Kempf are both from Germany, & the menu reflects their European flamboyance. Dishes are light, creative & stylish: The Duck Foie Gras & Truffle Risotto with steamed Beverly Yabbies & slices of Manjimup Truffle is a must!
