This is exceptional value for quality Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. A beautifully crafted Cabernet showing aromas of dark berry fruits combined with chocolate and spicy oak. Careful maturation in French oak barrels has added complexity and softness to the palate. Rich flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and chocolate are well supported with very fine grape tannins giving balance to the finish.

Rochford Wines combines the original home of Rochford on the slopes of The Macedon Ranges with the world-class facilities and the location of the winery/cellar door in the Yarra Valley. Winemaker David Creed produces high quality, cool climate wines with fruit sourced from vineyards located in two of Victoria's premium cool climate wine regions. Head Chef Andy Borg and his dedicated team of chefs create stunning food through simply and stylish dishes. His signature twice cooked half duck matched with Rochford Pinot Noir is worth the trip alone. Pastry Chef Rueben Dwyer can tempt any tastebud with his acclaimed Belgium Chocolate Soufflé.
