Contrasting textures of brick and wood exude warmth throughout this family owned and operated restaurant, with arched doorways creating a rustic, homely vibe, reminiscent of an Italian trattoria. The Olive Tree’s extensive menu is full of hearty and wholesome dishes in addition to regularly changing specials. Warm up with the popular oven-baked beef burgundy pie filled with red wine and beef casserole or roast duck risotto with semi-dried tomatoes, bacon and fresh baby spinach before treating yourself to dessert – perhaps banana and maple syrup crepes served with ice cream.

Okay, so the place is a little bit of a time worp - that's to be expected from it's 40+ year history. From the moment you step through the front door you know you're at home ! Tell us about your experience...Okay, so this place isn't vouge. Who cares? I've been coming here on and off for years and am never disappointed. The menu is huge, with something for everyone. Portions on most items are very generous. They are still BYO (wine) and the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate.
