The first thing that got my attention when my friend and I walked through the doors at No35 was the decor which consists of stylish dark timbers, and sophisticated gold, pink and red tones. The seats were comfortable and my gosh the views. You could see all the way to the bay and all down southbank. It's a very romantic setting at night.

The second we sit down we are met by a smiling waiter who aks us what we'd like to drink. Throughout the evening the service is excellent. I can't fault the waiter's attention to detail.

The food and wine is superb. We are told that the food is all fresh seasonal Australian produce and you can really tell the difference in how rich the natural flavours are. THe wine list is extensive and we were helped by the sommelier to choose a wine that complimented our meals. I know that restaurants make their money from the wine and it is pricey, but the sommelier knows his stuff and it was very good.

Having recently been awarded a chef's hat this restaurant can't be overlooked. I highly recommend it.
