The emphasis is on tapas share plates, perfect for two or more; order in abundance and your group will be delighted by various textures, colours and spices. Fresh and imported ingredients are used and they place a lot of emphasis on presentation, apparent everywhere from the 'checkerboard' of stuffed olives to cubes of twice-cooked pork belly teamed with peas, broadbeans, crispy jamon and apple foam. I love this restaurant. I have been to some of the degustation nights where Matt explains the food and a sommelier the wine. This was great value at $85 a head for 8 courses with wines.
