Dropped in unplanned to find this gem in St Arnaud! Chatted to the winemaker, Steven, and was really impressed. Not only was the food excellent, but the wine was generously served and delicious!

Most magnificent meal - a tasty, refreshing lentil and haloumi salad, which was light and flavoursome. The coffee was rich and strong, as requested. Service was cheerful and friendly. A great dining experience!
I have dined at Kara Kara Cafe Restaurant many times since its opening. Always receiving helpful and friendly advice about what is on offer. Everything is spotless, beautiful tableware and surrounds and the presentation is always spot on. There is always a wide variety of choices and only fresh produce is served. Hopefully I can enjoy the experience many more times.
Lovely food, lovely staff, Great setting, as good as anything I have had further south (Melb) Sunny day, well kept gardens across the main rd watching the world roll by, just great. To coin MacArthur " I will return" Thanks Kara Kara
