About Gilly's Restaurant
Located in the heart of Hamilton's CBD, Gilly's Restaurant is a local favourite with corporate, locals and tourists. Gilly's opens early 6 days a week to cater for your breakfast needs and also boasts an extensive lunch menu including a fantastic specials board. Dinner is served Tuesday to Saturday nights also offering a chargeback facility for local motels (conditions apply).
The restaurant is bright and inviting, the staff are very friendly and always on hand to help with your menu selection. Head chef Afton Barber has many years experience and his culinary expertise certainly shows. Afton's dry-aged rib eye with shallot and red wine jus, served with lyonnaise potato – or the Italiano Carbonara are both flavoursome dishes and an absolute must-try!(Bookings preferred)
The wine list is unique and offers a delightful selection of wine both by the bottle and by the glass from Hamilton, Grampians, Pyrenees an Coonawarra regions.
