The Puddler Customer Reviews

Food: Average  Setting/Decor: Good  Service: Good  Value: Poor

Very disapointing. Out of 12 meals two were acceptable. The meals were overpriced for what was presented. The "vegetables" consist of bok choy only. The staff seemed flustered and unfamiliar, and almost seemed embarrassed as we received many apologies. Deserts were very nice and presented well.

Staff friendly, polite and attentive, steak cooked to perfection, great relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The Puddler Review by K Boag - Monday, 22 September 2008

Food: Poor  Setting/Decor: Good  Service: Average  Value: Poor

Lobster mornay was overcooked and bulked out with prawns, not much actual lobster in it. Surf and Turf as at best an average steak that was a little overcooked and the baby lobster tail was also overcooked. At around $40 for each meal very disappointing, also shocked at managements offer of 5% of the bill due to our complaints about the food.
