Owned by the Hill Smith family, Dalrymple Vineyard in the Pipers River region of Tasmania is arguably home some of Australia’s finest drops. A boutique winery of 12.3 hectares, the vines here (many of which are over 20 years old) are immaculately maintained and enjoy growing conditions similar to those found in Burgundy. An enthusiastic team is delight in taking you through a tasting of Dalrymple wines and afterwards a walk through the picturesque vineyard is a must.
