Ashbolt Farm Overview

Ashbolt Farm makes premium Elderberry, Elderflower & Olive Oil products. This is Australia's largest, commercial, elderberry farm. Robert & Anne Ashbolt practice low impact, sustainable farming to produce award winning products on land that has been in Robert's family since 1906. These healthy products may be purchased on-line, from stockists or from Anne at Salamanca Markets (Hobart) on Saturdays 8am-3pm.
