Tasmanian Buffalo Mozzarella & other yummy cheese
Tasmanian Buffalo Cheese? Yes it is now a reality with a small buffalo herd grazing on the luscious pastures of the North West. The milk supply is quickly snapped up by cheesemaker Hajo of Southern Sky Dairy. The range now includes those famous mozzarella balls, a melting cheese "El Blanco", a fetta, an haloumi, and now a yoghurt and a herb dip. These are a wonderful addition to our cheese cabinet & are available for tasting in our delicatessen
