Spinach and Cheese Curry

Ingredients

500 grams of Spinach
100 grams Cottage cheese
1 Large Onion
1 Tomato
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4 tsp Oil
1 tsp Butter
5 tsp Cooking Cream
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 pinches Garam Masala
Salt to taste

Method

1. Clean and wash spinach nicely.
2. Boil in water and cool it make a fine paste.
3. Heat oil in a pan put ginger garlic paste and fry it for a minute.
4. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
5. Add all powder spices with tomato and cook it nicely.
6. add spinach and some water, cook for another 4-5 minutes.
7. Now add cheese (cut in to cubes) mix it well cover for few more minutes, then add some cream and butter and mix it in well.
8. Garnish with ginger julienne and cream.
