Rococo
Best Known For
Agnello: slow-cooked provincial-style pressed lamb shoulder, agrodolce, fava and minted pea and labneh.
About Rococo
Set along the iconic Hastings Street dining strip, Rococo epitomises all Noosa has to offer. Dine alfresco, listening to magical music sounds while sipping a vintage wine and watching the foot traffic waltz by in an oasis of cool, tucked under a canopy of shady trees. Locals and visitors meet and mingle at this lively bistro during the day and come evening time, get their groove on with cheeky cocktails and dishes from a modern Italian menu. Kick things off with sizzling Mooloolaba prawns in garlic oil, chilli and parsley; before pappardelle with slow-cooked spicy short rib ragu alla cacciatore, pecorino, gremolata, thyme and rosemary. Perhaps crispy skin salmon tempts, with green beans, eggplant peperonata, dill and salsa verde - enjoyed with a glass of Italian Rocca Ventosa Pinot Grigio.
