It's BYO mid-week so you can eat excellent food and keep the cost down. The interior has recently been refurbished, but you can still see the chef plating up through the hatch - awesome! The service was good, quaint, actually - the chef collected our plates as the waitress was busy. That is my cup of tea in an establishment serving such high quality food. I can recommend the duck. Next time, I'll be sure to eat outside!

Dear Abbey and Staff, Sorry this has taken so long to write to you all. However, we just wanted to say “Thank you” so much. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. The food, service and set up of the reception was beyond our expectations! We loved everything! Admittedly it has been years since I have been here, but I am happy to say things have certainly changed for the better! Service is friendly and attentive and the views look right out over the ocean. The alfresco area is home to the chefs herb garden and looks like it would make for a great spot for an afternoon drink or romantic evening setting, but indoors is where we chose for lunch. Pan fried duck breast with quince puree was served pink and tender, while the seared tuna special was simply melt in your mouth. Whatever you do leave room for dessert – they are a meal all unto themselves and simply divine. Also the wine list isn’t half bad either.
