In this new venture, Simon Gloftis (who also owns the hugely successful Hellenika in Nobby Beach) is redefining the local seafood restaurant genre with understated style, a perfectly pitched buzz, and top grade seafood seldom seen on the Gold Coast – it’s all flown in fresh from Melbourne, daily. The menu varies in line with what’s available, so anticipate a diverse selection including whole and fillet fish – perhaps swordfish fillet simply baked with olive oil, lemon, mustard and caper berries. For dessert, the smoked ice cream is a must.
