Last Friday night my husband and I had the degustation menu and it was superb. It was truly a journey into taste and the food was faultless. I honestly can fully recommend this restaurant with total confidence to anyone who enjoys the finer things in life. The chef is obviously extremely talented and at the height of his abilities. The wait staff were attentive, despite the restaurant being full. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the Gold Coast.

I loved my experience at Absynthe! I decided to celebrate my birthday there with a big group of friends and the restaurant definitely lived up to my expectations. We enjoyed a special champagne cocktail in the lounge and then were seated at our table with excellent service. Every part of the meal was perfect, right down to the bread and butter!
