We have been checking out restaurants for a function and turned up at 4017 late on a Sunday afternoon. Having already eaten, we opted for dessert and coffee, which were plentiful and delicious. The apple pie looked amazing, my chocolate pudding was rich and not too sweet, and my taste of the raspberry cheesecake was really light and delicious. The staff were friendly and obliging and we sat outside where it was quiet. Altogether, a pleasant experience.

My fiance and I dined at the 4017 last weekend. We were impressed by the refurbishment of this delightful old building; the red leather seating; and the glimpses of its history lining its walls. Further to this meals were delicious and fairly priced. Well worth the visit and will visit again..

The live music was deafening. Even though on making the booking, the question on whether a vegetarian meal was available, on arrival we were told that had run out of the pasta dish and had to put together a cheese on bread makedo meal. Was seated in area next to stairs and had to put up with constant foot traffic from function upstairs.
