Stockholm Syndrome Cafe Bar Overview

Stockholm Syndrome Café Bar recently opened in Albion and you’d have to search long and hard to find an equivalent. Pressed metal ceilings, rough brickwork, dangling light bulbs and eclectic furniture create a heritage-meets-edgy atmosphere that’s kept down to earth by a great team of staff. Stockholm Syndrome is the only restaurant in Brisbane serving organic coffee from Marvell Street in Byron Bay and one of the first to offer Scandinavian cuisine. Think Atlantic salmon, spinach and ricotta ravioli; Swedish meatballs in a cream sauce accompanied by boiled potatoes and lingonberry chutney; and the surprisingly delicious blueberry crepes with sweet pesto sauce.

Can't actually understand what they are trying to do here. Food is average at best, service was terrible and totally unprofessional, wine list was very unimpressive. Chose their highlighted 5 course menu but we all left hungry. Interesting shabby decor but sadly that is all it has going for it. Ciao Baby that previously occupied the space was far superior. Dissapointing
