Using only the finest ingredients, Pine and Bamboo Restaurant offers Hunan, Szechuan, Hong Kong and Cantonese cuisine at its finest. Pine & Bamboo is commonly recognised as one of the best Chinese restaurants among Brisbane's Chinese population, which is a good indication of the quality of meals served. Their Peking Duck, carved at the table, is locally famed and is on par with the best duck served in Beijing. Other recommendations include the Steamed or fried stuffed scallops and the Mongolian lamb.
