A peaceful restaurant to escape to
This was our first time dining at Ruby’s. We enjoyed a Sunday lunch and will return after enjoying such fine dining in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Great choices of wine match perfectly with the menu.
Fantastic degustation menu
The degustation menu never disappoints! We have been here several times and the changing menu means we are never bored. Great wine list too. Leave room for the delicious petit fours!

Best atmosphere of any restaurant in Sydney region. Scott is amazing with his menu and creativity. Keep going back because the food is some of the finest I've ever had. Left Aria for dead.
