About Ruby's Mount Kembla
Proudly standing in the Mount Kembla region since the 1800s, Ruby’s on Harry Graham Drive is a much-loved, fine-dining restaurant delivering degustation menus to tempt all tastebuds. Nestled in the historic mining village of Kembla Heights, Ruby’s first traded as the village store and post office to a community of coal miners and their families; named after a famous resident Ruby Moore, the store has undergone much careful restoration and is now home to one of the area’s signature restaurants. Start your feast with confit ocean trout, onion, soubise and pickled fennel, enjoyed with a glass of Pinot Gris; before roast duck breast, braised leg, baby leek, silver beet, chestnut and pine mushroom soil. White chocolate ricotta cheesecake and strawberry sorbet make for a decadent dessert.

A peaceful restaurant to escape to
This was our first time dining at Ruby’s. We enjoyed a Sunday lunch and will return after enjoying such fine dining in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Great choices of wine match perfectly with the menu.
Fantastic degustation menu
The degustation menu never disappoints! We have been here several times and the changing menu means we are never bored. Great wine list too. Leave room for the delicious petit fours!
