It may be in the heart of the Hawkesbury but Delishus at Richmond feels every bit the essence of Spain. Set in a rustic heritage home full of vibrant reds & yellows, often hosting flamenco performances & Spanish wine tastings, this welcoming restaurant serves tapas in true Spanish style. As in Spain, drinks come with free tapas & diners are encouraged to share dishes & mingle. Spanish delicacies & fresh local produce are used to create Delishus at Richmond’s authentic tapas, many of which are based on secret family recipes. Look out for Empanadillas de Pato (duck-filled pastry parcels served with shaved fennel & orange salad & a Cointreau dipping sauce) & Conchinillo (suckling pig).

Their fresh Spanish produce makes them stand apart from other restaurants as well as their wide range of unique dishes from secret family recipes, including special Spanish Sardines. Additionally seasonal produce is maximised with the use of the "Red Board" Chefs specials. I love this place, I have been with a groups of 7 & 15 + people and also just my partner and I, the service and food are phenomenal, the owner takes a real pride in his work and loves to tell the story of tapas to new customers. It really makes for a great atmosphere.
