Baker/owner of Village Bakery in Drummoyne, Le Loang Nam (better known as simply ‘Lee’) brings traditional French method to his bakery lines, which see customers queuing out the door. Lee’s skill and passion for baking extends to all areas, from his quality spelt, wheat, grain and organic bread and sensational gluten free sourdough to enticingly golden-brown pasties and pies, all made fresh on the premises. A few loaves made from rice and potato flour also feature among Village Bakery’s selection, along with spelt croissants and tasty Vietnamese pork rolls that really do sell like hotcakes. Be sure to try Lee’s roasted coffee, grown in volcanic soils in Vietnam.
